1) Ek Tha Tiger is the Highest grossing film of the year having collected a whopping 199.30 crore at the indian Box Office. This is Salman Khan 's 4th ( Dabangg , Ready , Bodyguard & Ek Tha Tiger ) film in a row to enter the 100 crore club and Katrina Kaif 's first film ever (for a lead role) in the same club. Ek Tha Tiger has since emerged as the second highest grossing film of all time in India and worldwide after   3 Idiots . It is also the second film after 3 Idiots to have a worldwide nett  gross above 200 crore.It is the second film ever to cross the 300 croremark worldwide. It is the fifth highest grossing moviein overseas market,
Having collected 55 crore there. It broke many records. On it's opening day it broke Agneepath record for the highest opening day nett gross and Ra.One 's single day nett gross with 32.95 crore.It has the Biggest Sunday Collection Ever with 23.06 Crore and the BiggestFirst Weekend Collection With 60.37 Crores Nett. It is the Fastest Film to Touch 100 Crores Mark within Just5 Days breaking bodyguard's record.


2)RowdyRathore is Akshay Kumar's 2nd film to cross 100 crore
 at the Domestic Box Office this year by doing business of 131 crore
 ( US$ 24.76 million) at the Domestic Box Office in 2012. 



3) Agneepath (2012 film) is the 3rd highest grossing of the year having collected 123 crore ( US$ 23.25 million) at Domestic Box Office and 62 crores in overseas box office. First film of the year to cross the 100 crore club. This film broke the highest opening day record by collecting 21.76 crores on first day at domestic box office (it was later beaten by Ek Tha Tiger) due to government holiday. This is the first film of Hrithik Roshan 's to cross the 100 crore mark, Priyanka Chopra 's second film to cross the 100 crore mark and first film of the year.

4) Housefull 2 is the 4th highest-grossing film of the year having collected 117 crores at domestic box office and 74 crores at oversease box office. This is the first film of Akshay Kumar , John Abraham and Jacqueline Fernandez to cross 100 crores mark,
AsinThottumkal 's third film to cross the 100 crore mark and first film of the year. Total worldwide collection is 164 crores worldwide and total net grossed collection is 182 crores. It is the sequel to Housefull.


5)Bol Bachchan is a comedy film directed by Rohit Shetty . Bol Bachchan is the 5th highest grossing film of the year which crossed 100 crores.The film is declared as a hit at domestic and overseas box office. This is Ajay Devgan and Rohit Shetty 's third film(Golmaal,Singham and Bol Bachchan), Asin Thottumkal 's fourth film and second film in the same year after Housefull 2 and Abhishek Bachchan 's and Prachi Desai 's first film to cross 100 crores.





6) Barfi! is currently the 6th highest-grossing film of the year. This is Ranbir Kapoor 's first film in the 100 crore club and Priyanka Chopra's third film in the same club.
