Will true love prevail or will destiny take its course. Shahid and Priyanka both play three characters in the film.
Priyanka play Aradhana, which is a Sikh girl, a daughter of a freedom fighter in 1910. In 1960, she play a superstar who is an actress in the golden era of cinema and she is from small city of Lucknow. In 2012, she play girl who goes to university and that's Radha. All three characters are tremendously different from each other.

The film has three love stories, which happened in three eras-one is 1910, 1960 and 2012
Teri Meri Kahaani is a triple-treat tale of love and romance, which weaves three stories spanning over different eras into one single flick.
The stunning pair(Shahid and Priyanka) has also starred together in Kaminey, which was released in 2009.

Review

Shahid Kapoor is undoubtedly superb.. He doesn't disappoint but one expects more from the talented actor. To pull-off three drastically different characters – one of a well-mannered simple  (Govind), another of the flirtatious Javed and finally of the modern, practical, typical boy, Krish – is definitely a tough job and Shahid has managed each role with a remarkable finesse. Priyanka Chopra also on the other hand, has three different roles but she fail to deliver his best performance.Priyanka Chopra is overtly expressive at times. One could blame their average acts or latent chemistry to the mediocre script. From thethree stories, both get better scope in the pre-independent era Prachi Desai and Neha Sharma do not get much scope.

What’s Gud
  • Shahid Kapoor’s outstanding acting is plus point.
  • Music by Sajid-Wajid is pretty decent.
  • The old-film-feel minus the over-the-top melodrama.

What’s Bad
  • The extremely slow pace.
  • The mindless love stories.
  • Priyanka Chopra’s static acting.
  • The love stories are predictable

Watch or Not
Watch the movie if you are a fan of Shahid Kapur.

Ferrari Ki Sawari is a story of a talented boy who dreams of making it big in the world of cricket. Kayo (Ritvik Sahore) is just a school kid but plays cricket like a professional. His father Sharman Joshi and his grandfather too were very good players. Boman Irani, as the grandpa, who's had a bitter past with the game of cricket (Behram Deboo, at the age of 14, was the youngest Ranji Trophy player for Bombay. But  Behram’s best buddy in the cricket club, Dilip(Paresh Rawal), turned out be his  enemy, destroying his chances to make it to India XI),so
He doesn't approve of the sport anymore. But Sharman wants to realise his son's dream of playing for the country. His son has a dream of playing at Lord's cricket ground. Destiny gives him a chance to make it to the Lords Stadium in London for which he would need hefty coaching fees. Trouble starts when the upright Rustom decides to give back the Ferrari to its original owner(Sachin Tendulkar).will he succeed to give Ferrari to his owner is what remaning film all about.

Review
The highlight of Ferrari Ki Sawaari is that it was shot at the Lord's Cricket Ground in London.
The sport is something that everyone can relate to. This was a tribute to all the young boys who spend countless hours, dreaming of the day when they can play for country with the same passion as the master blaster does.

Performance
Sharman as a father of talented boy has delivered an amazing performance, (this is his first solo movie) his style, body language, dialogue delivery is mind blowing. Ritvik Sahore as Kayo is promising and acted well. Boman Irani  gives an outstanding performance. The actor is known to be repetitively loud and annoying at times, but here, he actually sobers down to forcefully articulate that life has not been fair to him. Paresh Rawal as Dilip Dharmadhikari (heads of the cricket board) in cameo was good.
The other supporting cast, most especially Seema Bhargava as a wedding planner Baboo didi provided some much needed laughter.

Technically the film can't be faulted and the excellent cinematography works in its favor. The dialogues by RajKumar Hirani  entertain  with fuuny moments. Rajkumar Hirani keeps the dialogues simple and life like and the lines leave an impact without the need of any dramatic punch. Humour and drama go hand-in-hand in the film and the diverse genres never overshadow each other at any point.

Verdict
If you like simple films with human values this is your type of film. The movie has some fine performances, dialogs, feel good moments and a refreshing change from our usual Masala movies.so,go and watch the movie.

Shanghai Review & Story

Ratting         * * * *
Directed by   DibakarBanerjee
Music by        Vishal-Shekhar
Star Cast        Emraan Hashmi as joginder
                           Parmar(Film maker),
                           Abhay Deol as IAS Officer,
                           Kalki Koechlin as Shalini Sahay,
                           Prosenjit Chatterji as Dr Ahmadi

Language     Hindi
Budget          15 crore Approx
Country        India

The film officially adapts its plot from Vassilis Vassilikos' Greek novel, Z

Story
The story of Shanghai revolves around the assassination of a political activist (Prosenjit Chatterjee), who is seen opposing an upcoming infrastructure projectin Bharat Nagar that is backed by the ruling political party. Though it is initially learnt as a drunken accident, Shalini (KalkiKoechlin) believes it as a cold-blooded murder. While porn filmmaker (Emraan Hashmi) claims to have the proof that will bring the government down. A high-ranking bureaucrat (Abhay Deol) has been appointed to investigate the case. One can easily witness Banerjee's versatility and clarityin his film making through Shanghai . Shanghai is one of the most bravest attempt of Banerjee. it is based on the raw truths of the current times.

Review
Talking about the characters, every actor has given their best. Dibakar's chemistry with Abhay Deol proved successful both critically and commercially. Deol, playing a South Indian IAS officer, makes a mark for his role in the film.  Coming to our very own Mr Serial Kisser, Emraan Hashmi, you can see a completely new Emraan this time. Hashmi has redefined his lover boy image in Shanghai and shines as the vulnerable Jogi Parmar. It looks like Emraan Hashmi is on a winning streak these days after Jannat 2, The Dirty Picture , and now Shanghai. Kalki Koechlin shows the right measure of intensity in her impressive act. Prosenjit Chatterjee is good but doesn't get much scope in a short-lived character. Pitobash's character is precisely an extension to what he played in Shor in the City and the actor is getting typecast. Anant Jog is retrained as compared to his recent over-the-top acts in Singham and Rowdy Rathore .Farooq Sheikh is splendid as the scheming politician.Other Actors Performance is ok.

Direction
Banerjee's direction in Shanghai is sure to impress you with sensuous socialism and capitalism ideologies with a strong story line. In short, Dibakar succeeds in keeping us engrossed throughout the film.

Music
Coming to the music, the song 'Bhaarat Mata Ki Jai' needs a special mention as it has created good buzz all around. 'Imported Kamariya' has also become a chart-buster.

Whats Gud
  • The beauty of the film lies in the simplicity of the storytelling which is engaging yet very real.
  • The music by Vishal & Shekhar is strictly ok but thebackground score by Mikey McLeary is absolutely fantastic.
  • The movie packs some great acting and splendid direction. The raw and real storyline makes Shanghai a must watch.

Verdict

On the whole, Shanghai is a serious motion picture that has a voice, unlike the typical and usual masala movies This is by far Dipakar Banerjees best film and is a perfectly crafted and well designed thriller. Go for it

 Review

Akshay is in his best form, with his rowdy romance and comedy. Akshay promises raw action in the film and his one-liner ‘Don’t Angry Me’ is already on everyone’s lips. He does very well in the double role. Sonakshi plays a lovable, charming character very well.she is alright and does what is required of her. Especially, the desi girl image suits her character. The child artist playing Akshay's daughter, is really cute. Other characters like Paresh Ganatra, Yashpal Sharma, Gurdeep Kohli adds colour to their respective episodes

What’s Gud
  • The comic scenes; the action sequences;Akshay Kumar’s performance.
  • Prabhu Devaa’s direction is good as he manages to make narrative fast-paced and interesting for the most part.
    Sajid-Wajid’s music is superb.

What’s Bad
The contrived screenplay; a few boring portions of the drama.

Verdict: On the whole, Rowdy Rathore is entertaining . You’ll enjoy it if you do not have too many expectations.

Watch or Not?: Watch it for Akshay Kumar’s performance and the comedy.
